Did you know that the first Mardi Gras was actually in Mobile, AL, in 1703? King Louis XIV sent two brothers to the claim the territory of Louisiane for France, but New Orleans was not the capital of Lousiana until 1723. To celebrate, RIS will have two classic libations, the Sazerac and the Hurricane, as well as New Orleans Gumbo and King Cake. "Laissez les bon temps rouler!"

Here at RIS, we love to celebrate! Our New Year's celebration was a sell-out event with a great Prix Fixe menu and lots of bubbly!
