Natalie Vella Skilliter: Events Director
Natalie Vella Skilliter is a graduate of The Ohio State University in Columbus, OH. After obtaining her degree in English, Natalie went on to pursue a career in hospitality. Her first position was Assistant to the Special Events Planner at the restaurant, Joseph’s by Citarella formerly located in Rockefeller Center, NY. There she honed her skills for flawless, gracious service. She then took a position as Floor Manager and Director of Catering for Terrapin Restaurant and Catering in Rhinebeck, NY. As Terrapin's Dining Room Manager, she oversaw operations for two restaurants; the Bistro and Terrapin's Fine Dining division.
She and her husband Jack moved to Washington DC to work with Chef Lacoste only a few months ago. Natalie brings to RIS the ability to present the restaurant’s best assets supported by finely tuned attention to every detail resulting in the most comfortable dining experience possible.
Natalie and Jack live in Arlington, VA with their tooth-less cat.
