Noel Burke: General Manager

Noel comes to RIS with a rich history in the restaurant industry.  After graduating college with an interest in pursuing law, Noel found the energy and passion he was seeking in the world of hospitality.  Originally from the DC area, Noel started his career with many notable local restaurants including Clyde's, Sam and Harry's and L'Auberge Chez Francois.  Always wanting to learn more about wine and California cuisine, Noel moved to Napa where he spent the last four years serving as General Manager of Julia's Kitchen at COPIA and Wine Elements Enoteca.  After meeting Ris and discussing the importance of "soul" within the restaurant dynamic of fantastic food, great wine, sincere service and a magnetic atmosphere, Noel knew he was home to stay.  Noel brings his enthusiasm and hospitable nature to RIS where he serves as General Manager.

Noel lives in Reston, VA with his two dogs that test his accommodating spirit on a daily basis.
