Put on your best pinks and celebrate! Today is the first day of the centennial celebration of the National Cherry Blossom Festival! We hope to see you this evening at the sold-out Pink Tie Party.

To commemorate this special occasion, join us here at RIS for our "Cherry Picks", cherry inspired offerings starting today! A brand new entree, the Breast of Muscovy Duck with smoked Spanish paprika, almond wild rice, sweet and sour cherry orange sauce and pan braised endive is arriving on our dinner menu tonight. Or try our Chicken Salad Sandwich for lunch, which is decorated with almonds and cherries for the occasion. We even have a new cocktail that is dressed in pink for the occasion, the Yoshino Blossom. For something different, order a Cherry Tree cider from Original Sin, with flavors of pressed heirloom apples and tart cherries.

The festival and our menu items have an extended run this year, through the 27th of April, plenty of time to try all three!
