RIS was honored to welcome NBC Washington Nonstop in our house for an episode of Nonstop Foodies. Melissa Mollet and Chef Ris chatted about what's fresh at the farmer's markets, and then went into the kitchen to prepare our Kobucha Squash and Ricotta Ravioli.
