Back by popular demand, owner of Cass Winery, Ted Plemons, will be guiding us through a five course tasting menu on Monday, November 3, in the RIS Federal Room. The menu, created by Chef Ris, will feature the best of Fall and each course will be paired perfectly with the wonderful wines of CASS. The food and wine will be outshined only by Ted's personality and energy. It's a combination that is guaranteed not to disappoint.
